Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Schedule

This position requires availability Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, every other weekend, with no holidays required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Trinity credentialing forms and verification will be required
• Completion of personal health history requirements, including but not limited to Color Vision, MMR, and 2 Step PPD or IGRA
• Must pass a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen
