• Strong listening and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfort with technology for processing transactions and accessing inventory information

• Willingness to learn and grow through training and mentorship

You'll need to be self motivated, organized, and resourceful. Experience not required: Successful current employees include a Realtor, Nanny, Customer Service Rep and Military Veteran. They never worked in automotive sales before-- we trained them to consistently sell 15 to 25 units per month. What We Offer

• Greet customers and assess their needs to guide in the selection and buying process
• Test drive vehicles with customer to demonstrate industry leading features
• Maintain contact with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and to encourage repeat and referral business
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• No sales experience required!
• A friendly and energetic attitude with a focus on customer service
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure and stress
• A positive and outgoing personality
• Possess a valid drivers license and be in good standing
