Job Summary ATTC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Generalist to join our accounting team. This position is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while collaborating with both internal departments and external vendors. Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving documentation. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues. Reconcile accounts payable ledger and vendor statements. Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure payments are made according to terms. Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with month-end closing activities. Prepare and analyze financial reports as assigned. Record financial transactions accurately within the company's ERP system. Respond professionally to questions from employees, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding invoices, payments, and account status. Maintain organized financial documentation in accordance with company policies. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounting department. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information. Preferred Previous accounts payable or general accounting experience. Experience using IQMS, DELMIAWorks, or another ERP system. Manufacturing industry experience. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively in an office environment.
