**Legal Assistant – Document Review and Production**
Law firm specialized in accessibility and civil rights in the U.S.
Remote Work
We are seeking a law student currently in their fourth semester or above with an interest in legal tech to assist with file review, video analysis, verification of corporate legal data, and legal correspondence production using artificial intelligence tools.
The work is 100% remote, paid hourly, and all work documents are in English. Previous experience in the U.S. legal system is not required. However, rigor, autonomy, and a strong willingness to work professionally with AI tools are required.

**What You Will Do**
* Review files and videos using AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork) to identify legally relevant information
* Research, validate, and verify corporate legal data and business entity information
* Support the production of legal letters and documents with AI assistance
* Accurately verify all data before submitting any deliverable; verification is not optional—it is a central part of the role
* Organize and synthesize information extracted from English documents
* Report progress and findings clearly and in a structured manner
**What We Are Looking For**
Requirements:
* Law student in fourth semester or above
* Advanced reading and writing English skills (work documents are exclusively in English)
* Proven proficiency with Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and Gemini, or a demonstrable willingness to learn these tools autonomously without requiring constant supervision
* Strong attention to detail and a habit of fact-checking/verifying data
* Own high-performance laptop: the role requires running multiple AI tools simultaneously; slow or limited-capacity computers are incompatible with the work (minimum 8 GB RAM; modern processor: 11th Gen Intel Core i5 or higher (2021 onwards), AMD Ryzen 5 5000 series or higher, or Apple M1 or higher)
* Stable, high-speed internet connection
Desirable:
* Previous experience working with AI—especially Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and Gemini—in document review and production
* Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision
