Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit
Our organization in Savannah, GA is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit. This dynamic step-down environment is designed for clinically complex adult patients who need close observation and telemetry services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor cardiac and hemodynamic status effectively.
- Administer medications and IV treatments safely.
- Coordinate care among various healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and their families on health management.
- Maintain precise documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Experience in a progressive care or similar setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
