What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Fixed Operations leader.
• Proven success leading high-volume service departments and achieving performance goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing departmental profitability and KPIs.
• Experience with dealership management systems and modern automotive technology.
• A passion for developing people and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)
