Vertus HealthCare is actively hiring experienced CNAs for home health assignments. We have immediate openings for morning, night, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and daily living assistance
Support skilled nursing services under supervision
Monitor and report changes in patient condition
Maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
Active Florida CNA license
1+ year of CNA experience
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & insurance
Current CPR certification
AHCA Level II Background Screening
Physical & TB test (within 6 months)
Required CEUs (Medication Assistance, OSHA, HIV/AIDS, Infection Control, etc.)
