Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading external audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage external audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support during the audit process.
• Conduct detailed audits of financial statements and reports, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any audit-related issues and provide recommendations for enhancing their financial processes.
• Prepare and review audit documentation, including working papers and financial statements, to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Stay current with industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact audit practices.
• Assist in developing audit strategies and methodologies that align with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in external auditing, preferably with a public accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.
• CPA eligible or currently pursuing CPA certification is preferred.
• Experience with Private Company Audits, NFP audits, governmental audits, and EBP audits is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
