Join our outstanding clinical team in a leading spinal and joint replacement surgery environment. Key Responsibilities Validate and enter patient information and insurance coverage into the system. Communicate with physician offices, insurance carriers, and patients for follow‑ups. Provide registration coverage support. Collaborate with the Business Office Manager and clinical leadership to support patient care. Qualifications High School graduate. One (1) year of medical insurance verification experience. Minimum two (2) years of hospital, surgery center, or medical office experience preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time to meet high‑pace demand. Knowledge of medical terminology.
