Compensation: Base Salary: $140,000–$160,000 annually

About the Role

This opportunity is for a Senior Creative Designer who will lead creative direction while producing high-quality visual work across marketing, sales, and customer-facing initiatives. The role combines creative strategy, brand development, visual storytelling, campaign design, website design, multimedia production, and hands‑on execution across multiple digital and print channels.

The successful candidate will create and refine visual systems, develop marketing campaigns, produce websites, landing pages, presentations, sales enablement materials, advertising assets, video concepts, and interactive experiences while collaborating with Marketing, Product, Sales, Client Success, leadership, and external creative partners. Strong expertise in Webflow, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, motion design, AI-assisted creative workflows, and production‑quality execution is essential.

What You'll Do

Brand and Creative Direction

• Translate brand positioning, messaging, voice, and visual identity into distinctive creative experiences across the customer journey.
• Maintain and evolve visual systems spanning typography, imagery, illustration, motion graphics, video, presentations, digital experiences, and data visualization.
• Apply a strong understanding of visual culture, digital experiences, and design trends while producing original creative work.
• Create templates, brand guidelines, asset libraries, and reusable resources that improve consistency and efficiency.
• Present creative concepts with confidence and clearly communicate the strategic thinking behind design decisions.

Campaigns and Digital Experiences

• Develop creative concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, demand‑generation initiatives, customer stories, and vertical marketing programs.
• Translate business objectives, messaging, and audience insights into creative solutions across paid media, owned channels, websites, social media, email, events, and sales initiatives.
• Design website pages, landing pages, email experiences, and ongoing enhancements using Webflow.
• Create visual storytelling through product demonstrations, motion graphics, interactive elements, and data visualization to simplify complex concepts.
• Design digital experiences with responsiveness, accessibility, usability, and conversion optimization in mind.

Content and Sales Materials

• Design executive presentations, sales decks, case studies, research reports, guides, product materials, and customer‑facing collateral.
• Create sales enablement assets including sell sheets, one‑pagers, presentation updates, templates, charts, resized graphics, and production‑ready marketing materials.
• Transform advertising, measurement, product, and business information into compelling visual stories.
• Create diagrams, frameworks, product illustrations, and data visualizations.
• Support coordinated launches across websites, email, presentations, social media, and sales materials.
• Deliver complete, accurate, and production‑ready creative files.

Video, Motion and Multimedia

• Develop video concepts, creative treatments, scripts, storyboards, and visual direction for brand, product, customer, and executive content.
• Create or edit motion graphics and lightweight video content when appropriate.
• Coordinate external partners for website production, video, animation, and other creative initiatives.
• Develop repeatable creative approaches for customer videos, product explainers, social content, website motion, and advertising creative.
• Use AI‑assisted tools for imagery, video production, editing, storyboarding, prototyping, and creative workflow optimization.

Creative Operations

• Manage projects from initial brief through final production and delivery.
• Coordinate timelines, stakeholder feedback, revisions, production, and final deliverables.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects without dedicated project management support.
• Prioritize work according to business value, urgency, and available capacity.
• Manage freelancers, agencies, and production partners when required.
• Create scalable creative processes while avoiding unnecessary complexity.
• Identify recurring work that can be converted into templates, systems, or self‑service resources.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 7–10 years of professional experience in brand design, marketing design, visual design, or multidisciplinary design.
• Meaningful in‑house design experience, preferably within a growing B2B technology, SaaS, media, adtech, or martech environment.
• Experience working independently with significant ownership in a lean organization.
• Portfolio demonstrating high‑quality work across websites, campaigns, presentations, content, video, social media, and sales enablement materials.

Required Skills

• Strong visual design fundamentals with the ability to simplify complex products, business concepts, and data into compelling visual communication.
• Professional proficiency with Webflow, Figma, Canva, Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Working capability in motion design, video editing, or storyboarding.
• Strong communication, organization, project management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to personally execute creative work while maintaining high production quality.
• Experience using AI‑powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Krea, Gamma, or similar platforms to improve ideation, imagery, presentations, video production, prototyping, versioning, and creative workflows.
• Ability to evaluate AI‑generated content and determine when it is appropriate for professional creative work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience designing and publishing within Webflow.
• Experience with connected TV, streaming video, performance advertising, or advertising technology.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, video editing, or production direction.
• Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external production partners.
• Familiarity with creative testing, versioning, and performance data.
• Ability to work across websites, campaigns, presentations, video production, and day‑to‑day creative execution.
