Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate security operations in the field. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage security personnel effectively to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their assets. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel in the field. Conduct regular inspections and patrols to ensure compliance with security protocols. Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to maintain high performance standards. Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing guidance and support as needed. Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, personnel performance, and operational issues. Collaborate with management and clients to address security concerns and improve procedures. Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions. Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and other relevant data. Qualifications Proven experience as a Security Field Supervisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of security operations, protocols, and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with security equipment and technology. Valid security certification or license as required by local regulations. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
