At Absolut Center of Endicott, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a CNA Trainee, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to our residents. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our upcoming October CNA Training Class !
What We Offer
Paid Training : Earn an hourly wage while preparing for your certification exam.
Guaranteed Job Placement : Transition directly into a permanent CNA role upon passing.

Key Responsibilities (Post-Certification)
Provide direct, compassionate care to residents (assisting with mobility, bathing, dressing, and meals).
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in health status to nursing staff.
Create a comfortable, safe, and positive environment for residents.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong communication skills and an empathetic attitude.
Ability to pass a standard background check.
Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and assist residents safely.
