Accounting Manager: Close, Analytics & Leadership (CPA)

Responsibilities: Take ownership of the monthly close process including account reconciliations and analysis of general ledger data, audits and capitalization of leases and fixed assets, ensuring timeliness and accuracy Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and technology integration to enhance and create efficiencies Analyze consolidated and segment-level financial results to identify trends, variances, and emerging risks Collaborate with leadership and department heads to develop strategic initiatives and support decision-making processes Monitor internal controls, including gathering feedback from audit personnel Develop and enhance reporting packages, dashboards, and KPIs for review Complete ad hoc assignments/projects assigned Qualifications : 7+ years experience with at least 5+ years leading and developing teams CPA required Intermediate and/or advanced Excel skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Thomas, Edwards Group
