Attorney - Construction Financing 

A growing law firm with a national presence is hiring a Real Estate Finance Attorney. This is a full time direct hire position. 

Qualified candidates will have experience similar to the following:

• Extensive experience with debt, debt-like, and equity transactions involving real estate projects
• Strong background in construction financing and multi-tiered capital structures
• Experience with structured real estate finance, preferred equity, and distressed commercial real estate transactions
• Lender/capital provider-side or borrower-side experience accepted
• Working directly with partners and clients
