Senior Ruby Engineer

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Ruby Engineer will design, implement, and deliver scalable applications for government partners, focusing on modernizing legacy systems to enhance user experiences and accessibility. Key responsibilities Collaborate with engineers and government partners to architect and deploy new systems and improvements Participate in agile development to efficiently ship features that meet user needs Create tools and processes to automate development, testing, and production workflows Required qualifications At least 5 years of experience in full-stack engineering, particularly with Ruby and Ruby on Rails Proven experience working on large-scale web-based systems, both front-end and back-end Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and architecture Experience with modern web development frameworks and automated testing Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
