Seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician for a Medical Director, Primary Care position in the Trenton, NJ area.

Board-certified Family Practice or Internal Medicine
Full-time Mon-Fri; 8a-5p
Approx. 20 patients per day
50% Admin & 50% clinical
See all ages or adults
Seeking candidates with Leadership experience at the Director/Medical Director level
Will report to the CMO
Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and standards to ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and high quality care.
Oversee the performance of physicians and other medical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and organizational expectations.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the medical department, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Oversee clinical peer reviews
Lead clinical problem-solving efforts
