Close high‑ticket coaching clients (1:1 and group programs). Sell bulk 12‑week training programs to businesses (2–4 seats on average, with bigger packages encouraged). Convert training program participants into long‑term coaching clients. Keep the CRM pipeline clean, accurate, and moving — no excuses.
