With opportunities to work on high-impact projects, access to the latest technologies, and a culture that thrives on creativity and collaboration, INflow Federal is where your expertise can truly make a difference.Duties & ResponsibilitiesGuide the scrum team through all sprints of a program increment, removing impediments and championing the teamOrganize and facilitate sprint planning, release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile eventsTrack and communicate team metrics and sprint/release progress to all teams and managementAssist the scrum team in developing and estimating user stories that are clearly articulated with well-defined acceptance criteriaUpdate agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogsAssist with internal and external communicationAssist product owners with backlog groomingAssist the team with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definitionDetermine and remove impediments that interfere with the team's ability to deliver assigned goalsFacilitate discussion and conflict resolutionPromote continuous improvement and help teams increase velocityPromote a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation, creativity, and innovationCollaborate with fellow scrum masters to promote best practicesRequired Experience3-5 years of relevant experienceBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experienceClearance RequirementsActive DoD TS/SCI$110,000 - $155,000 a year This is the likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Certification RequirementsMost of our contracts require DoD 8140 (formerly 8570) compliance. We built 8140.study - our certification training platform - to help. This helps you study for certifications such as the CompTIA Security+.
