As a part of our badass team (yep we said it), you'll help deliver our mission by joining a team of GOATS that, together will continue to grow the legacy of our brand and be brand stewards. Expeditors are responsible for ensuring that all food orders are prepared in a timely manner and in accordance with guest special requests and company recipes. You will communicate with the service and fellow Heart of House Heros to expedite all food deliveries to to-go, dining room, and bar areas.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation)
• Kitchen experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must possess excellent communication and leadership skills

• Providing our guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaints
• Ensuring our guests have an unbeatable experience with the highest quality preparation and presentation of our food products
• Support the Heart of House team by expediting the service of all dining rooms, bars and to go
• Optimize the Heart of the House by efficiently maintaining the flow of service while controlling costs and waste
• Being aware of and abiding by all food safety practices.
