Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry

• Provide specialized care to patients in the Telemetry unit
• Monitor patients' cardiac and other vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Float to other units as needed
• Make up shifts for any callouts for scheduled shifts as necessary
