The compensation offered to the selected candidate will depend on several factors, including educational background, skills, and professional experience. Job Overview The Practice Supervisor assists in overseeing the daily operations of the assigned practice site. The Practice Supervisor serves as a lead in the practice for staff and patient matters, ensuring that policies and procedures are implemented promptly and efficiently. The Practice Supervisor works collaboratively with the Practice Administrator and other internal stakeholders to meet performance and satisfaction expectations, ensuring an excellent patient experience. Travel Required Hudson County Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED required Relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of three years of experience in a primary care or specialty setting Knowledge and experience in patient registration, billing, and management of front‑end staffing settings Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with EHR systems and software applications Proficiency with Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience as a supervisor Essential Functions Assist the Practice Administrator and/or Regional Manager/Director in overseeing daily operations of the assigned practice site Serve as practice lead for staff, patient, and internal stakeholder matters, escalating to resolution as appropriate Ensure front office efficiency, monitor patient flow, and provide excellent patient care service Assist senior management, providers, and internal medical group departments to ensure efficient and cost‑effective operations, standardizing best practices and processes Other duties as assigned Other Duties Note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
