- Provide attentive, nurturing care for children in a safe and supportive home environment
- Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and educational play
- Prepare meals and snacks while maintaining healthy routines and schedules
- Transport children to school, appointments, and extracurricular activities as needed
- Assist with homework, reading, and developmental learning activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe environment
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress, behavior, and daily updates
- Previous experience in child care, nannying, or early childhood education preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with families
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
