This is a PRN/Fill-In role that offers a competitive rate, malpractice coverage but no other benefits. Job Details Outpatient only Variable schedule Responsibilities Complete pre surgery evaluations and determine optimization needs based on algorithms and clinical pathways. Optimize medical conditions and coordinate care with patients’ PCP or specialists. Limited ordering of testing and medications within this role. Evaluate patients within the first week post discharge and assess status, treating or referring as needed. Provide transitional care focused on preventing hospital readmissions. Strong evaluation and assessment skills. Requirements Master’s degree in Physician Assistant. 2+ years experience working as a PA. Missouri certified Physician Assistant.
