• Engage with local residents to help them identify and address their unique insurance needs.
• Create and present personalized insurance quotes that reflect individual client goals.
• Follow up with prospective clients to ensure they have the information needed to make informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate client records within our database to ensure seamless service throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Support the office in community engagement efforts to strengthen our local presence.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on policy changes and industry trends.

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license for the state of Michigan.
• Valid Life & Health insurance license or the willingness to obtain one quickly.
• At least two years of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort navigating multiple digital systems simultaneously.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience with State Farm insurance products is a plus.
