Missions in Brief

Structure: Branch of VIGAN attached to the Individual Taxpayers Service of Als.

The structure consists of 6 positions.

It is managed by a Chief Accounting Service, an assistant, and 3 inspectors, one of whom is in LE VIGAN.

The organization of the SIP relies on two activity poles: a Management/User Relations pole and a Collection and Accounting pole.

The main duties of this service are to:

• Provide multi-channel reception for users throughout the year
• Conduct the declaration campaign for the occupation tax for the establishment of the housing tax
• Conduct the income tax declaration campaign
• Conduct the imposition notice campaign (income tax, tax on immovable wealth, and local direct taxes for individuals)
• Control declarations
• Handle disputes
• Handle non-declaration failures
• Conduct friendly and aggressive collection operations
• Maintain accounting records

Location of exercise: LE VIGAN

For non-civil servant candidates, recruitment will be established in the framework of a fixed-term contract until 31/08/2029 (article L332-2 2 of the CGFP). The proposed monthly gross salary will be 1,962 , or 23,551 per year, excluding any possible residence allowance.

For civil servant candidates, recruitment will be carried out in the framework of a detachment or in a NA at the equivalent grade with that held in the original administration and at the level with an index equal to or immediately higher than that previously held.

Special Exercise Conditions

Occasional trips may be necessary, especially for training and service meetings in Als. Travel expenses are covered by the administration.
