Manatee is a virtual mental health clinic for kids and families. We partner with pediatricians, partners and health systems to connect families to care, fast. As a Provider Success Manager, you'll own and build the engine behind that connection — this is a KPI-driven role for someone who wants full ownership of a growing function, not just a seat in an established one. This is a full time remote role ideal for someone who is high agency and thrives in a fast-moving, goal oriented and mission-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

• Own the Referral Partner Lifecycle End-to-End : Convert a physician's first referral into a lasting, expanding partnership — proactively re-engage partners who've gone quiet, and grow accounts that are referring reliably but well below their real potential.
• Drive the Core Metrics : Own referral-to-active-care conversion rate, referral volume per pediatrician, and provider return rate — and build the reporting and cadence to move them. 
• Get families into Care: Track incoming referrals, reach out to families directly, and guide them into care — quickly and compassionately, especially when they're overwhelmed or hard to reach.
• Be the voice referring providers: Build direct, trusted relationships with referring providers and their teams. Understand and advocate for their needs, and continue to improve our offering to meet them.
• Shape What's Next: Over 200 pediatricians have referred to us, there is real momentum — and real room to sharpen our systems. Bring your own playbook, learn fast and continue to buildd the flywheel. 

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in provider relations, account management, business development, or customer success in healthcare — proven, auditable track record of growing accounts.
• Real experience owning a number and defending it — you can walk through exactly what you moved, over what period, and what you personally drove versus what happened around you
• Comfortable operating with real autonomy and no fixed playbook — you build the process, the process doesn't build you
• Warm, sharp communicator who can earn trust fast, including with counterparts you'll never meet in person
• Bonus: experience in behavioral health, ABA, or another high-touch clinical referral environment
