KSW FCU is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Teller to join our team. In this front-line position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional member service while handling a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently. What You’ll Do: Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments Maintain accurate member account records and post transactions Balance cash drawer and daily transactions with a high level of accuracy Provide friendly, professional service and assist members with general account inquiries Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones Support branch operations with additional duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required 1–3 years of related experience preferred (banking, retail cash handling, or customer service) Can-Do attitude and willingness to learn Skills & Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills High level of accuracy with numbers and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Basic computer skills and proficiency with data entry Ability to handle multiple tasks while delivering excellent service What Success Looks Like: Consistently balanced cash drawer with minimal discrepancies High accuracy in transaction processing and account postings Strong member satisfaction through professional and friendly service Ability to recommend relevant products and services to meet member needs Reliable attendance and punctuality Why Join KSW FCU?
