Maintenance TechnicianNow Hiring: Maintenance Technicians | 1st & 3rd Shift | Union City, CAWhat's in it for you?Medical/Vision/DentalHoliday PayHealth Savings Account (HSA)Growth OpportunitiesMaintenance Technician Details:Direct Hire position$ 50,000.00 / annuallyVarious shifts available (Monday through Friday)Job DetailsPerform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systemsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipmentDiagnose equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions to minimize downtimeRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsSupport equipment upgrades, installations, and production line changeoversMaintain GMP, SQF, and safety standards in a food manufacturing environmentExperience with conveyors, motors, drives/VFDs, packaging equipment, boilers, and high-speed production systems preferredMaintenance Technician Qualifications:Industrial maintenance experience requiredMechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsPLC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and schematicsPreventive maintenance and repair experienceStrong problem-solving skills and attention to safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
