Key Account Director — Biotech IDN & HCP Partnerships
Madrigal
Madrigal seeks a seasoned Key Account Director to drive access and adoption of Rezdiffra within IDNs and HCP Super Groups. You will build senior-level relationships, deliver compelling messaging, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize formulary access and patient outcomes. Required are 12+ years in biotech/pharma account management, strong CX and PM skills, and willingness to travel 60–80%.
