Financial Coordinator (Temporary)
- Assist with processing invoices, payments, and financial transactions
- Maintain financial records and documentation
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets
- Communicate with university departments, vendors, and staff regarding financial matters
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with university policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support for financial operations and special projects
