their tomorrow.​As a Content Strategist, you are responsible for:Content strategy and execution:Apply content strategy principles (planning, creation, governance) to projects to create quality experiencesArchitect user experiences with designers and product partners to provide a foundation for alignment, prototyping, visual design and content designProduce high-quality UX content, quickly integrate feedback, identify and solve content design problems, and meet business and user needsAlign content to business requirements and user needs to support core strategyInform all content decisions based on data, research, and careful planningWrite content according to UX writing standards, align/edit existing or placeholder content to standardsLead content reviews and influence stakeholders through articulation of content design decisions with clear rationaleOversee content direction and take part in and/or lead peer reviewsIdentify gaps in UX writing standards and propose solutionsExperience consulting:Create solutions together with a cross-functional Agile team, considering how digital, physical, and service channels work togetherUse problem definition techniques and data to drive project requirementsFacilitate ideation efforts with a focus on the problem to solve, creating a conversation of “how might we”Lead reviews and drive Raise potential roadblocks to team or project leads and collaboratively identify how to remove blockersMaintain the high standards set by the group, including channel standards, content standards and the Charles Schwab design systemTeam leadership:Lead projects across UX disciplines to create seamless experiencesWork with teams to estimate project completion based on task completion and resource availabilityForesee customersYou will work with an engaged design team that fosters a learning environmentWhat you haveRequired Qualifications:6 + years of content design focused on digital products or equivalent1+ year of content design experience for touch-based mobile interfaces Experience with all aspects of a user-centered design process, including user research, developing user flows, creating wireframes, writing for accessibility, and creating content specificationsExperience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team within an iterative process and an Agile development methodologyStrong self-management skills, comfortable with substantial responsibility, working directly with our client partners, and capable of managing your project schedulesProficient in design tools like Figma, FigJam, and WriterExperience running design sessions with cross-functional teamsEffective relationship builder--ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work effectively with various levels of the organization as well as various personality typesComfort in a project-oriented work environment, with a positive attitude and solid work ethicPreferred Qualifications:An online portfolio showing process and design thinking1+ year of conversational design experienceExperience using AI assistants or LLMs for solutioningIn addition to the salary range, this role is also
