RTL Special Assets Analyst: Workout & Resolution Expert

Builders Capital Exchange seeks an experienced RTL Special Assets Analyst to protect capital and maximize recovery on a portfolio of Residential Transitional Loans. You will manage non-performing and high-risk RTL credits, coordinate with leadership, counsel, servicing partners, and investors to drive strategic resolutions, minimizing losses and preserving relationships. The role requires expertise in workout strategies, collateral evaluation, GAAP impairment, and OREO management for 4-6 unit #J-18808-Ljbffr Builders Capital Exchange
