Our location in Olive Branch, Mississippi is currently seeking a full-time, parcel loader. The scheduled working hours will be Monday-Friday, 7am- 4pm, with occasional opportunities to start earlier or stay later depending on business needs.

As a parcel loader, you will be responsible for hand-loading parcel boxes (up to 50 lbs.) onto FedEx and UPS trailers. You will also have the opportunity to cross-train in other warehouse positionsat Ubique Group, we move to the work, which allows every employee to expand their skills and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Load parcels efficiently and safely onto trailers
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, dusting, and mopping as needed
• Organize warehouse areas to ensure orderliness and safety at all times
• Wear and properly use required safety equipment

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines and procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
• Manual dexterity required for handling small items
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures, and with regular exposure to loud noises and moving equipment
