OverviewTerrific opportunity for a TAS Manager (healthcare experience ideal, not required) to lead a team and work remotely with a well established and growing company!ResponsibilitiesManage and review buy & sell side engagementsReview quality of earnings, debt, working capitalAptitude to understand and evaluate financial and operational trends of target companies, in addition to challenging target assumptionsAssist and lead sections of due diligence meetings with target managementCreate and design tailored reports specific to key issues, such as normalized earnings, financial reporting, networking capital trends, and indebtedness considerationsPrepare due diligence reports, summarizing key findings, risks, and recommendations, to support decision-making by clientsSupervise, train, mentor and evaluate Seniors, AssociatesQualificationsHealthcare experience is ideal but not required.
