Customer Service Representative 

What you can expect :

· Rate of Pay: $26.00 per hour.

· Annual increase potential.

What you will do:

· Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through inbound and outbound calls.

· Track and monitor our fleet of trucks as they deliver our products.

· Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and dispatch trucks to deliver mix across New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts.

· Collaborate with the dispatch team to identify logistical opportunities.

· Review orders for accuracy before they are shipped.

· Join our Redimix dispatch team and help us build the future!
