Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.## WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:* Lead end-to-end execution of sourcing-related projects such as dual sourcing initiatives, supplier ramp- up and readiness plans.* Build and maintain detailed project plans that clearly define timelines, milestones, and deliverables—both internally and with external suppliers.* Serve as the central point of coordination across suppliers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and forward progress.* Track and handle key supplier actions, deliverables, and dependencies to keep projects on schedule.* Partner closely with sourcing to prioritize work, lead multiple initiatives, and drive execution.* Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, prioritization, and overall productivity across a high volume of concurrent projects.## ## **YOU HAVE:*** Bachelor’s degree is required.* Ideally 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in supply chain or sourcing.* Skilled in analytical thinking and problem solving.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Travel up to 10%.**WE HAVE:*** A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day + nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. **Compensation Range:**$105,000.00 - $195,000.00Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.**Benefit Overview**At nVent, we value our people and their health and well-being.
