CENTURY 21 Scheetz is seeking positive, fun, business minded sales associates to join our team. Would you make a great sales associate? You're not licensed yet? No worries, we have a plan for you. We train sales associates. If you are curious about a career as a sales associate, and want to know if you have what it takes to be successful in real estate take our real estate career assessment to see if this is the right path for you. What does a job as a Century 21 Real Estate Sales Associate look like? As a sales associate you will walk your clients through home buying and/or home selling process from start to finish. Advise your clients as a trusted advisor, including suggesting renovations. Walk through homes, value homes, and manage tour and open house events. Negotiate real estate deals and complete contracts. As a sales associate, you need to be involved with your community and build and maintain relationships. Continued education and training opportunities will be available to you regularly. What are the requirements? No experience is necessary. You must be 18 years old and obtain your real estate license in the state of Indiana. You must complete 90 hours of Pre-Licensing coursework. You must be coachable and willing to obtain free training from Century 21 Scheetz.
