Client Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our growing team. The work of our Client Support Specialists contributes to the success of our organization and will allow you to make a meaningful impact. In this role you will provide support to our field adjusters and examiners. The optimal candidate will be a team player who excels in a fast‑paced environment. This position allows the right candidate to expand their career and grow with a forward‑thinking organization. This position will be located in Rutherford, New Jersey or Lake Mary, Florida. Responsibilities: Manage the collection of data, import reports, and review associated materials. Schedule inspection appointments for clients. Manage vendor assignments. Assist with client communications (contact and acknowledgment letters). Key Requirements: Insurance claims experiences is preferred. Prior customer service experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team setting. Excellent human relations and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational skills. Can‑do attitude, no job is too small.
