Grace Hospice
Grace Hospice proudly serves Veterans and acknowledges and honors the special needs and connections our Veteran patients seek at the end of their journey. We are seeking Veterans to provide 1:1 companionship to our patients. You may read, share memories, take walks or just be a presence to a patient and their loved ones during their hospice journey.

About Grace Hospice : Grace Hospice was created through a partnership between Cassia and Mount Olivet. Together, these organizations share a deep commitment to providing high quality care, supported by dedicated hospice clinicians and volunteers who serve individuals facing physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
We serve the metro Twin Cities and surrounding areas and meet patients wherever they call home.
