The role includes conducting clinical assessments and managing care for patients in a home setting. Visits will typically consist of six appointments per day, focusing on follow-ups rather than admissions. Nurses will handle various medical procedures, including medication management and wound care. Special emphasis will be placed on infection control and patient education. Weekend coverage will be required once every six weekends. Mileage reimbursement is available for travel incurred between patient visits. Candidates must have experience with HomeCare HomeBase charting system. Additional qualifications include skills in vital signs monitoring, pain management, and catheter care. Interested candidates should have a clear understanding of basic arrhythmias prior to starting.
