Perks: Potential Sign On Bonus $1000-$2000 Competitive hourly pay $18.50/hour OR commission (whichever is greater)+ tips Commisson on retail products Flexible scheduling with work-life balance, closed on Sundays Complimentary services + employee discounts Paid training and continuing education Growth potential into a Studio Manager, Marketing Lead, or Lash Trainer Responsibilities What You'll Do: Provide lash and brow services in a luxury spa suite setting Assist in managing day-to-day studio operations, including scheduling, team support, and customer experience Collaborate with the owner and studio manager on promotions, outreach, and community events Post, plan, and track content for social media—be the face and voice of our brand online Help coach and guide new team members Support front desk and client engagement during peak times Qualifications You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have: Valid Maryland license in esthetics or cosmetology Experience in lash extensions, lash lifts, tints, and brow services (lamination, waxing, shaping) A genuine love for sales and connecting with clients to recommend services & memberships A strong command of Canva and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) Experience posting and managing content, responding to DMs/comments, and building local engagement Excellent customer service skills with a professional, friendly attitude A natural ability to lead , motivate, and support team members Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving Legal Disclaimer ©2024 Amazing Lash Franchise, LLC (“ALF”).
