Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, including both pre-crisis and crisis interventions.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation to meet regulatory standards, utilizing advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems for seamless record-keeping.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support strategies that enhance client engagement and outcomes.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the ongoing compliance and excellence of our services.

• Serve as a vital liaison between clients and a variety of service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and state organizations to promote initiatives that benefit our clients and the entire community.

• Pursue continued personal and professional growth through attendance at conferences, workshops, and community meetings, presenting and representing the organization as needed.

• Integrate and promote the agency’s mission and values in your daily practice, reinforcing our commitment to mental health and community support.

• Perform additional responsibilities as designated by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall function and delivery of mental health services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, alongside a competitive benefits package designed to enhance your work-life balance and professional satisfaction.
