Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, including both pre-crisis and crisis interventions. \n
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation to meet regulatory standards, utilizing advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems for seamless record-keeping. \n
- Employ evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support strategies that enhance client engagement and outcomes. \n
- Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the ongoing compliance and excellence of our services. \n
- Serve as a vital liaison between clients and a variety of service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to coordinate comprehensive care. \n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and state organizations to promote initiatives that benefit our clients and the entire community. \n
- Pursue continued personal and professional growth through attendance at conferences, workshops, and community meetings, presenting and representing the organization as needed. \n
- Integrate and promote the agency’s mission and values in your daily practice, reinforcing our commitment to mental health and community support. \n
- Perform additional responsibilities as designated by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall function and delivery of mental health services. \n

- A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is a prerequisite for this position. \n
- Current and Independent LMHC License is required. \n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, alongside a competitive benefits package designed to enhance your work-life balance and professional satisfaction.
