Green Chimneys Residential treatment program seeks a Unit Supervisor to oversee all residents in the assigned Unit. Under theResidential Administrator, the role requires independent judgment to ensure smooth daily operations and quality therapeutic treatment across the unit. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, supervision, performance evaluations, documentation, team meetings, and leadership in delivering treatment plans.
