Position Details: This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F: 7:30AM- 4:30PM . No nights, no weekends. All locations worked will be in the Downtown Chicago Area. Dress code business professional. Learn in a office setting what truly makes an office work in the legal and corporate business areas. Hourly Compensation: $17.00-19.00 USD per hour, DOE Amenities: Free parking available! Great working environment! No Nights/Weekends! Responsibilities This direct hire role is part time, on call, and performs office services work. Other duties include: Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Shipping & Receiving Ordering supplies Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Adhere to all safety procedures Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications The Copy/Mail Team Member will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment, in addition to: Position requires long periods of walking and standing to perform job functions in the mailroom/service dock.
