This role is ideal for professionals with moderate experience who are ready to take ownership of projects while continuing to grow their leadership and technical skills.**Responsibilities:*** Assist in managing project lifecycles from planning through closeout.* Support development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules.* Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.* Monitor project progress and help resolve issues or delays.* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.* Maintain project documentation and assist with reporting.* Participate in procurement and vendor selection processes.* Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.* 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in facilities or infrastructure.* Familiarity with construction processes, building systems, and project documentation.* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).* Strong communication and organizational skills.* Basic understanding of critical systems (e.g., HVAC, UPS, generators).**Preferred Qualifications*** PMP or CAPM certification (or in progress).* Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.* OSHA 10 or 30 certification.* Exposure to data center or mission-critical environments.**Key Competencies*** Project Coordination* Time Management* Communication & Collaboration* Problem Solving* Attention to Detail* Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments**About JLL**We’re JLL—a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate.
