Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity seeks two experienced Pharmacy Technicians for a contract position in Richmond, IN. The role is based in a hospital setting, offering day and afternoon 8-hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding following safety and quality protocols
• Restock Pyxis medication dispensing machines efficiently
• Field and manage calls to the pharmacy, addressing inquiries or concerns
• Deliver medications to patient care floors promptly and accurately
• Identify and remove expired medications to ensure compliance and safety

Qualifications:

• Current Indiana Pharmacy Technician license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Minimum of 2 years in a hospital pharmacy environment
• Proven experience in sterile compounding procedures and practices

Schedule/Hours:

• Days and afternoons available
• 8-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week
