IMPORT FACILITATOR

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing the import process from shipment departure through final delivery to third-party warehouse facilities. Ensures accurate documentation, timely customs clearance, and efficient coordination with logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and schedule inbound international shipments
• Review and process import documents, including FDA clearances and holds
• Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and warehouses
• Record inventory receipts, transfers, and holds in internal systems
• Review and approve freight, storage, and import-related invoices
• Resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate records
• Support and oversee container receiving activities

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of import, logistics, or supply chain experience
• Associate degree preferred (supply chain or related field)

Skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong data entry accuracy
• Organization and prioritization skills
• Effective communication (written and verbal)

Work Schedule

• On-site role
• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Business casual environment
• Parking available
