Crossroads Towing & Salvage is looking for an experienced towing professional to step into a lead management role and run the day-to-day towing operation of our long-standing Nampa company. We arent simply looking for another driver. Were looking for someone with at least five years of professional towing experience who knows the industry, has strong leadership skills and is ready for the opportunity to run a towing company. Maybe you love the towing industry but have gone as far as you can with your current employer. Maybe you know you could build a strong crew, manage the trucks and calls, take care of customers and grow the business if someone gave you the opportunity. This may be that opportunity. We have spent 24 years building a respected local company based on skill, hard work and integrity. The owners are ready to step back from the daily operation, but we are not ready to close a successful company that still has plenty of life and opportunity ahead of it. We would much rather find the right person to lead it into its next chapter. The right candidate must have: - Reside in Nampa or Caldwell to make response times - At least five years of verifiable professional towing experience - Strong leadership and people-management skills - A clean driving record - A clean criminal background - The ability to manage daily towing operations and help build a dependable crew - Pride in doing the job safely, professionally and honestly This is an opportunity for the right person to do more than drive a truck. Its a chance to take a leadership role in an established towing company, build on what weve started and make some money together. If you believe youre ready to run the show, please inquire today.
