This Human Resources Manager role will manage employee relations, compliance, benefits, and HR strategy, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, strengthening HR processes, and supporting long-term organizational success.Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources ManagerOversee all HR functions including employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HR operationsLead onboarding, performance management, employee development, and retention initiativesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulationsPartner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and HR strategyDevelop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee communicationsSupport employee investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolutionServe as a point of escalation for complex employee relations mattersQualifications for the Human Resources ManagerBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred5–8+ years of progressive human resources experience, including leadership responsibilityStrong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesProven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate in a hands-on, on-site HR environmentCompensation$72,000 – $92,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
