STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.We’re seeking a dynamic **Business Development Manager** to **support our St Petersburg office and drive new ventures in the Southeast Region.**STRUCTURAL's projects within the commercial market include but are not limited to: structural strengthening, structural concrete repair, waterproofing, repurposing projects and corrosion control.**What You’ll Own:*** **Market Expansion:** Establish strong relationships that lead to new opportunities and closed deals with owners, engineers, and contractors to grow STRUCTURAL’s regional footprint.* **Full-Cycle Business Development:** Lead every phase of the process—from relationship building, pitch, through proposal, negotiation, and close.* **Strategic Collaboration:** Shape and execute the vision for sales for Central and North Florida, aligning efforts with company-wide goals while driving revenue and market share.* **Smart Solutions:** Turn complex problems into smart, profitable solutions.* **Market Engagement:** Leverage your well-established network and industry expertise to open doors and build long-term client relationships.
